I was looking for a solution to the problem on the internet, forums and it turns out that this is a vanilla game glitch. When I started playing again, I started to see exactly the same texture problems you’re writing about, as if the correct mesh was covered with a second mesh with a blurry, gray texture.
Then I installed Enderal and when I finished it, I reinstalled the game completely. When I first played Skyrim and the Skyrim romance mod, I did not have any problems either with the game or the texture. I have the same problem and it seems to me that it is not the fault of mods.
